At PERFUME GALA, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

🔹 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The product must not be damaged or tampered with

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Due to the nature of perfumes, used or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

🔹 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof.
We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification.

🔹 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer

🔹 Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. Exchanges for other products are not available.

🔹 Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

🔹 Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
